Description
After some 30 years McDonalds decided to sell its' franchise in Russia, but I can imagine how hard it could have been to sell their products in some parts of that country. In any case, this is just a fictional work of art :)

Thanks! In Blender you can define a material which emits light. It's like using fluorescent paint.
