Description
His piercing stare burned her cheeks, but embarrassment would not allow her to look up. She swallowed when his fingers touched her chin. He lifted her face until she was forced to look into his eyes. His probing look made her insides roll and flip with all sorts of acrobatics. Shivers, not entirely unpleasant, turned her limbs to spaghetti. She forgot to breathe, the air lodged somewhere between her diaphragm and trachea.
His fingers brushed over her lips. “I’m going to kiss you now.” He said, his gaze fixed on her mouth.
