I remember the song very well, we used to play it all the time, as hippies...Grace Slick belted it out with huuuuge power---is that her in the background of your image? It looks like her---really well done, steve.
And I love your cartoon version, with the mushroom and the mouse, and bong, etc. Great tie-dyed shirt on Zlata---who's really into the song---and the reds and blues are wonderful. Love how you interpreted the song---on a chessboard (via the lyrics). And Bong is giving them the finger---lol. Great job on this---the Airplane would be very happy with it. Sweet memories.
