Cute toon town scene! From the license plate, I'm guessing the blue car probably belongs to the driver's wife or daughter :-)

Thank you. It comes in pieces. I finally got some together that looked like a scene. Really great stuff in the set. I'm sure it's his wife's. His car is probably in the garage. LOL
