That's a great render. But really, expecting virgins in this day and age!
Radar_rad-dude
Yes, you do raise a very valid point about virgins in this day and age, contedesfees! LOL! Perhaps we can suspend our sense of reality and pretend that this is in a more innocent and surreal alternate universe? Worth a thought? Anyway, many thanks for viewing my little piece here and thanks for your thought provoking thought!

Fine crowd scene as well as the dragons.

Everyone's lining up on the streets to watch the dragon parade in the air, except that one clueless guy who's heading for the crosswalk like there's nothing unusual going on. Must have his earbuds in! Fun scene with impressive crowds :-)
Radar_rad-dude
I think you must have zoomed in really close to the clueless guy, my dear friend! I hadn't noticed that he had ear buds but you spotted them! LOL! What a character! Central casting will certainly have to have words with this joker! LOL! Thanks many times over for your kind words and for looking at my little image here!

Instead of hiding they take photos and videos. I hope the dragons are as friendly as they are colorful. Nice work on this cool scene, I like dragons.

Excellent scene.but couldn't you let the dragons fly to moscow.
Radar_rad-dude
Hey! Now there is a fine idea! Wish I had thought of it! Many thanks for the comment and for viewing my little piece here!

You have a point, Radar_rad-dude. Where there are dragons, there might well be virgins. I stand corrected.

Great looking scene. Nice posing on the dragons!

Blew this one up to chase all the details. Almost looks like the lower green is trying to make a low speed pass and getting some interference from the blue who might have caused him to miss his grab on Mr. Oblivion....
The people seem to know what they are about - happily watching the beasties flap and swoop and possibly grab...absent armed compulsion I think I'd be watching from a window for no other reason than to avoid a flaming burp or an errant turd...:)
A hoot as always Bill.

A virgin was last spotted wandering the wilderness of Montana several years ago. It's a little like a Big Foot sighting.

Heh, heh, heh!

Great colourful scene!

This explains the absence of people in the last render. They were all in the buildings waiting to rush out and surprise the dragons.
Nice work again. :-)

Due to a scheduling snafu, the Parade of the Virgins was postponed until next week. Apparently, the dragons didn't get the memo ...

What a fun looking town. Love the dragons and textures. Good luck trying to find a virgin. LOL

Very well crafted scene !

Your work here looks mighty fine close up, Bill! Love the crowd scenes and perspective. Nice work Sir!
OmniFX
Wow looks like this render would have taken a long time to create with a crowd that size. Well done!
CoolDimension
Fantastic posing and creative scene!

Maybe they'll settle for a pot of gold.... 😉
Excellent work on this fun and colorful scene, Bill!

in fact, it hasn't been 25 years. But it never is. The Dragons rely on fallible human memory to bump up the harvest date by as much as 5 to 7 years. The statements that the Harvestees are taken back to the Dragon Caves where they are educated and cared for is also bogus, unless you consider lessons in Dragon Back Scrubbing college credits!
super image, Bill!

Many thanks for the fine comment and ideas Andy! I greatly appreciate you continued support! I think you might enjoy the outcome to this little drama! At least I hope so. I will try not to destroy too many red pixels in the pursuit of a conclusion to this little mini series! LOL!

I wonder what a world would be like if dragons did show up every 25 years for tribute. It might spark a change in society. Thanks for the excellent image.
MollyFootman
Heh. Well this is certainly a rebuke to those who felt there weren't enough characters in the previous scene. XD
The crowds and swooping dragons are really well done and a treat to view at full resolution. Ear buds, you say? =)
