Description
You've almost escaped.
It's the last leg of your journey and the path splits - in one direction the path leads up to the way out. The other path leads to instant death. You have no idea which is which.
There are two robots in front of the paths. One always tells a lie, the other always tells the truth. You have no idea which is which.
You can only ask one question in total to one of the robots.
What do you do?

When I heard the word prompt 'direction', the first thing that popped into my head was a riddle I heard a while ago (paraphrased above). Made in Daz 3D Studio, this image is a depiction of that.

I ask "Which is the way out. hmmm no that wouldn't work. Not sure but I'm certain there's an answer.

Yes there is an answer, it's a bit of a tricky one!
