Description
This is the first time I've seen a potato in bloom, it deserved a photo!
C'est la première fois que je vois une pomme de terre en fleur, cela méritait bien une photo !

I've grown some potatoes for the last two years. The first time I saw that flower, I was surprised to see that it was a member of the nightshade family - as are tomatoes.
Also, home grown spuds are very tasty. Enjoy them.
ps Don't harvest till the whole plant starts to go over. :-)

To be precise, the harvest is done when the leaves are withered and the stem is dry.
