Description
My first attempt at doing high key for wildflowers, and only second attempt overall. Would be even better if I knew what on earth this flower is :) Flowering plants are not my forte but they are beautiful to look at!

Looking nice! So time is everything but the lesson is over like that and I prefer to see it in the Forest or in the Garden.

Hi Kharnes, not sure I fully understand the comment. It it means you prefer the background to include the scenery which would normally be visible there, like other plants etc. I understand. If you mean that you prefer the flower to be live and not removed from its environment physically, then please know, this photograph was taken with the flower just where it was growing. The background was dark and uninteresting to begin with, so I took it one step further in editing to black the background out entirely.

I do not know the name, but easy to know the beauty is exciting

Thanks Richard, it was/is indeed a beautiful flower, whatever it is! :)

Brilliant capture and high quality photo, my friend. The level of detail is incredibly amazing in full resolution. WOW!!
PS: I was raised old school and taught that if you didn't have something nice to say don't say anything LOL

Thanks, I'm very happy with my new lens. PS I'm always open to critical feedback that will help me improve or change.
