First, it's a really cool scene, I like it, I should have been born in the old west. But, now for whether I'd call him out... well, I wouldn't be too worried with how it's going to play out. From the rust on that gun, he hasn't touched it in a while, and the sight post isn't ground down, so he isn't a professional, plus he's wearing a farmer's shirt. And, that bottle next to him looks more like a medicine bottle than a whiskey bottle; there's no shot glass in front of him, so he wasn't drinking, Laudanum perhaps? Yeah, he's half blind and his reflexes are probably long gone. He's not a gunslinger. My only concern is that it's a seven-inch barrel, so he's been in the cavalry and does have some training, but that would have been years ago in his prime. So, naw, I wouldn't call him out, the sheriff would probably have a problem with it if I shot a sick old lunger.

Despite what Wolfenshire says, I'd still give him a wide berth. He is probably the descendant of one of those pirates and very grumpy. Love the dark tones.
