The shoes were a freebie here on Renderosity, but now they're only on the creator's website. They are GREAT shoes!!! They are called Summer Casual Deck Shoes for M4 by elleque. Her website is: https://elleque.net/
NOTE: The shoes are in one file, and the textures are in another. There is also an entire set of summer clothing for M4 that has these shoes, flip-flops, shorts, and a t-shirt.
