I would say the size is too large having made many, many frames and panels over the past twenty years. Mine were about this size until a well known comic book artist gave me some guidance. The outlines are not sharp and crisp. I'm not sure if it's the piece of software you are using or just a setting. I use a very old version of Photoshop and the results are very good. Hope this helps. You can always look at some of my posts in the last few weeks to get a better idea if you choose to do so.
