well, i found this one tutorial on renderosity and i figured i should try it...btw the thumbnail is diff because it only focuses on one point of the piece but if you click it you can see the other parts with it...

This wide screen shot is really cool. I tried a similar/the same tutorial but I really didn't get the effect I want. This one is fabulous.
