Very impressive shader!

Though I own a license of Poser 11pro, I never did really much with it, so I don't really know the Superfly render engine and it's capabilities. I used to use Reality and Lux render a lot and I loved it, but since the change of Lux and Paolo giving up Reality, I sadly can't make it run anymore. Reality seems to look for a License check on a server, that don't exist anymore and it fails to start… 🙁

Seems like if I ever got to do some work with Poser in future, you 'd be the right person to ask, if l'd run into troubles with shaders 😉

It seems Paolo had his head on his shoulders, from what I've just read he mentioned he used the DRM library to secure his product against piracy and I assume it worked very well. The protection I mean. From what I read I understand it is open source now and the readme reads "Once you have the project compiled, you will need to run it. If it run then I suggest, as first task, to remove the DRM system. I will post more about how to find the components of it and howto disable it soon." -I quoted Paolo's readme. In theory you would be able to compile the plugin he developed and wait for him to release the methods to disable DRM as he mentioned; this option depends on when and if he will do it, he is the author and I can not speak for another person than myself.
I would suggest you step on the gas with Superfly, the sooner the better. Get 20 ml of whiskey - if you are allowed to drink - be brave and jump in. Just make sure you don't use that whiskey pattern to jump-in everyday into Superfly and pretend you are fresh new... This is just my suggestion, you do what you consider best fit for yourself. As a note, the whiskey pattern thing was supposed to be a joke, I hope you realized that.😊
