my main ambition with this image was to reconstruct in order to perpetuate it, the sensation and the pleasure that the image of Rrun had given me.

I'm unfamiliar with RRun's original picture but will have to have a look in that gallery. This picture, taken by itself is quite effective. The lighting suggest a bright, hot day and the glowing skin that is slick with sweat is really good. I am always looking for wet skin shaders and I have a friend here who is working on one for the Superfly rendering engine which I use most all the time these days.
