@Rick: How's that for a smile? A bit of cheating, though.
Base character is Baku/G8M.
All he's seeing is the cotton candy booth. All the dentist is seeing is a vacation far, far away.
Edit: TwiztidKidd imagined what job the dentist could have done, so all variations are to be credited to him. (Thanks, indeed good fun!!!)

I could do a lot with him, using my technique, haha, now you made me curious, I'll be back in a few with some results. First I gotta make him look serious... not smile or having a straight face, and then use my skills to give him a gorgeous smile. This is going to be fun!
