Description

I've made a super fun discovery! I kind of hate that I'm still having to use billboards for fire, because I'm a snob like that, so I spent the day combing through my runtimes to find a model I could use with my fire shader. FX props from Flink's Water FX 2 work really well!! I resized and flipped a couple so the flow swept a little more upward, and positioned them in/on the logs, and then slapped a procedural flame shader onto it. It looks great to me! It still looked a little too clean and static so I grabbed a spark cloud out of Flink's Lightning props and put the same shader on it with the Bottom value cranked up to give me more space between sparks, and boom. I love this! Still needs a point light in there because if I dial up the Emission on it too much I lose the flame colors, but that's all right by me.

Great idea to use the water models for flames! Your shader works great with these props!
