I called A Puerto Rico friend that moved to San Diego, Calif. He asked me who am I. I told him Richard and we used to ride bikes with each other. any way a few minutes after I called him he called me and said he knows who I am. I wanted to ask him "well who am I?" I told him that the gasoline is down to $3.23 per gallon here. he said it is $6 in California
