hehe very nice :) looks alot like the old thingy :P i like the details like the feet, but the face doesnt quite fit, maybe needs to be a bit more complex?

Excellent, not just in modelling and rendering, but the lighting, as well. It's subtle, but, really does this justice.

sometimes less is more, as here ... everything allright - but the hands looks a bit confusing, maybe you get away that white thins around the fingers? Thats all I would recommend :-)
