Description
The Shallows maybe an idyllic Paradise. but it's not all sweetness and light.
One of the most feared charcters there is Mad Mari the Pirate Pest, far and wide throughout The Shallows she single handedly robs retailers, burgles banks, pillages ports and villifies visitors.
Of course it's all an act for passing travellers, it's just that everyone's worried that she might do it for real one day.
