Description
I have some problems with my computer, it takes about 18 minutes to start, and the programs are running very slowly. I have to take care of it first, the only thing left for me to comment is the laptop. If anyone has an idea, I would be very grateful for that.
My thoughts are always with the people of Ukraine.

Beautiful character, well done. Start by running Disk Cleanup. Then run the task manager and see what apps and processes are running. Sort by how much memory is being taken to try to find the culprit. My guess is something is running in background, maybe phoning home, maybe updating. And finish by running Defender, In the toolbar, under Action, run the diagnose and repair.
