I don't know the circumstances here... but I agree that all members, both as artists and vendors, should be protected from prejudice and threats. However, I recognize that the site administrators have limits to what they can "police", and I wouldn't advocate that they curtail a customer's right to voice their opinion of products they purchase, or images that get posted for that matter, as long as those statements do not violate published site policies. That said, I also believe that members should be respectful of other's feelings and constructive in any criticisms. I'm not a high-volume consumer, but I have purchased products here that didn't meet my expectations... so I simply choice not to patronize that vendor again. I have communicated suggestions for improvements to some of vendors regarding products I purchased, but did so privately, rather than making those comments publicly.

I don't think so, my name needs to be washed clean by Renderosity! Such accusations are not so easy to swallow!!!!

As far as I am concerned, you are one of the long-time pillars of this community, Ute. You and Rene are two of my first friends here, and have always been kind, and supportive as well as wonderful artists. You have a huge heart, and it shows in your work and support for others.

I think part of what's going on here is a reflection of what's happening all over this sad, sad world. Disrespect, hatred, racism - it's all a sad commentary on the state of humanity at this moment in history. And it's just encouraged by leaderships (and certain EX-leaderships) who are supposed to be an example and looked up to by the rest of us.

Anyway, hang in there, Ute. This is a lovely artwork, hon. Just keep doing what you do, and to hell with the haters.

This is really beautiful work my friend. I don't know all the reasons why, but it seems to me that Renderosity has lost a lot of the friendliness and sense of community it used to have. I find that very sad, and I hope things will get better.

C'est gentile ma chére, c'est une histoire qui date depuis quelques mois et les Admins s'enfichent pas mal, à moi on a défendu d'utiliser des images de Pixabay, celui qui est le provocateur de cette misère peut continuer à faire ses petit jeux! Regarde un peu le commentaire de notre ami gaius!!! Une méchanceté de première qualité. De toute facon ce post n'été pas fait pour moi, mais pour une autre artiste, tout le monde a du le prendre pour moi - Hélàs la vie est belle! 😊 (Excuse mon FR merdeux)! 😊

I was absent in the last months, so I didn't see all that happened here. And I didn't see all that happened to you. But I did read this when I was resting, and I'm very sorry you had pain here, and that RR has become more belligerent. Unfortunately, an art site is a microcosm of the world, so it'll have the negatives of the world......except that there are a lot of creative people in an art-site: Hopefully they will out-shadow the negative people. I agree with what what Rod said about your place here (and Rene's). I hope you're feeling better from all the stuff you've been through, both here and in your life.

I love this portrait! It's fitting for a fine photo-studio. (And it could be used in fine advertisements too---the kind you see from the best studios.) I love the posture on these 2 women, and their no-nonsense stares. Plus, you got great wrinkles in the clothes: Very natural. And your flowered background is beautiful---it's also ominous, like your description of the site. But the beautiful colors give hope. Love this image!
