Hello, Friends…
Again, I’m running late with TNA, and many other things. And again, I’m working on fixing that. Just a lot of other stuff going on here.
Some time ago – in 2021, I think – I won Poser 12 in a contest here at Renderosity. I haven’t even installed it yet. I’m working on fixing that. I’m doing a lot of file reorganizing on this (my main computer) in order to (hopefully) get it going on this one.
I have Poser 11 on one of my 2 laptops and it works reasonably well – or did. While creating an image a couple nights ago, it popped up an “out of memory!” error, which I’d never had happen before. I shut down and rebooted, and everything was OK, but when I render now, it takes it almost a minute before it starts the subsurface scattering calculation, then almost another minute before starting the actual render. Once started, it’s pretty fast, but there’s still something not quite right that I haven’t found as yet.
Anyway, I’ve been wanting to get P12 installed, and I think this machine is the best one to put it on. I still have PP 2014 on my other machine, and it works fine, but I want to take advantage of the newer features.
My back is still improving and not causing as much pain. And my depression issues are getting better as well. And we’re still doing a lot of downsizing in hopes of getting out of here next spring / summer.

Whether you have Poser 11, 12, or you're chipping away on a stone wall with a piece of flint, as long as you never let anything get in the way of creating, you are golden. A fantastic scene, my first thought was; Daughter of Eve.

Sounds as if you need a memory test program and a disk check on that laptop. It may have a dodgy DIMM or a faulty drive. Whatever, I hope you get to the bottom of it. And Poser 11 and Poser 12 are both great if you're feeling creative, with plenty of new tools to play with and some performance improvements on the old ones.

Right click your PC, properties, advanced, system properties, performance, virtual memory settings and there set your page file in advanced tab, press change, choose custom size and set both fields initial size and maximum size to 32768 (MB). Then press "Set" and ok button, eventually restart the PC. Do it, the conference comes later or any other comments.😊💖🥰

A nice little picture that is just a bit more than a pin up, I think. Glad you're feeling better. I hope you will enjoy using P12 as much as I have. I cannot imagine what is up with P11 as you describe it. Any other changes on your machine like driver updates? Hang in there! <3
