My 2nd image to the board I used the Sarah Michelle model (sorry don't remember who created it) and first try at post production photoshop.

You might switch on AntiAliasing in Poser. This will get rid of those hard edges in the mouth and eye areas. Also use a smaller Brush and take more time for post-work in ps.

i also have just learned a really good technique for the eye brows..message me for it...and i would agree with DaSilentStorm about antiailiasing and postwork. for me, postwork is the most time consuming of the image, but its more than worth it:)
