Hi, thank you so much :) Of course I've always been on the side of the Jedi... However, Lord Vader is the most interesting character, precisely because he fought his way up from the depths of darkness (albeit only at the end). The glow effect is a filter in DAZ Studio (Bloom) for iray that can be adjusted in different ways. It was set too low in the second one, I also liked the lightsaber better in the first... Despite everything, I'm not really happy about this figure, the suit in particular could look better (material).

Awesome work my friend. Love it. Little trick I learned using postwork was rendering 2 images. One with bloom, and the other with very little light source. Just render vader. Then put the two together and you can erase what you don't want.

Been looking for a decent Darth model as well, no luck. Might be time to learn to convert.

Hi, thanks for the kind words and tips :) Well, I'm not a fan of Postwork. Even if some things are borderline. But you can build a lot into the render. In my opinion, the renders look more "from a single source" than this tinkering with the software. As far as the Darth Vader model is concerned, Monika (Renderhub) is doing a good job. It doesn't all fit, but a lot does (certainly has something to do with the copyright)... I'm grateful for that, because apart from simple figures I can't really model anything in the 3d world...
