Hello my friends, I thank you all for droping by and I wish you all a lovely new week! 😘
In case that you are interested:
This is my daily routine for more than 2 years now (since the 2nd Corona and the Bouster vaccination)!
I get up at 7, then I'm not available until about 9, then I do an hour of physical therapy, then I open my Daz Studio and my new program and see what else I can do. Then it's 12 o'clock and René calls: Dinner is ready. After coffee, I take a 3-hour siesta, then I watch the news again and then decide what I'm going to do. Then more or less the same scenario as in the morning during the afternoon. Only around 12pm I take my shower, because that's the best time for me to walk (even sometimes without a crutch), and then I go to bed, René and lil Trixie are already snoring.
So I don't overexert myself, I know where my limits are and I try to make comments on your artworks when my back and my legs allow it.
