"Birds of Prey" You know, I've always been conflicted about this ship. No, not the design, I think it's fantastic. It's the fact that, since movie studios (talking about you Paramount) are so cheap, they kept repurposing the model at bizarrely different sizes (the original Bird of Prey that we first saw in "Star Trek 2: The Search For Spock" was a scout ship that carried a crew of 12). Since then, they've simply increased (or decreased) the size of the ship depending on the needs of the plot of whichever particular movie or show it's appearing in. I understand that at this point it's canon that there are multiple types/sizes of this ship, but I still find it somewhat disappointing.
