Description

Bryce5/Poser5/T6/Amorphium3/PSP/Foleypro Clouds2(I used #20 for base dust,fog)/Derjimi's Castle-Tower Construction Kit/Curios Dragon/J.Malis's Ultimate Female,Knight,FemaleElf were used in the Army along with variuos standard Poser models... Well I am going to be useing this Scene to do an animation where a Dragon comes flying over the Army as it is marching to the gates and as the Dragon gets right up close to the wall it is going to fly up the 200 foot walls then circle around the Towers nd settle on the Crosswalk...but get this as the Dragon is settling to the Walkway she starts to Morph/Change into a human form,My Kalesha Materializes out of the Mist/Magical Fog...And all but the last part up until the Transformation this animation will be seen thru the..."The Eyes Of the Dragon" Now what I did here was make the land formation in Bryce then Exported into Truespace and glued portions of the Landmass together then I exported into A3 to give it some more Texture/Bumps and then imported back into Bryce for the final Texturing and Rendering...Now I am not satisfied with this Scene so I will be redoing and I guess you can say this is going to be a WIP...

This is a fantastic image Brian! Everything except the arches at the top.. They don't seem to make sense and spoil the immense scale of the scene. If you took them out, and that ceiling thing became clouds instead, I think this would be amazing! - Like the Morannon of Moria.. :)

Ok, so I'm fascinated by your tech discussions, it means that you're way beyond my wildest dreams... because this is an impressive scene, the sense of scale is dizzying and the overall impression is fantastic. Can't wait to see the next images.

Beautifully dark. Color and lighting is wonderful. I love the sensation of looking through the dragon's eyes via use of the double image - at least I think that is what I'm seeing. :) Excellent job!

Teriffic image Brian!! Love the grandness of this and the moody atmosphere, great stuff. The Animation sounds great also. The technical aspect to this is brilliant and very clever. Top job my friend. ---- Scott.

Woww! A great work! Magnificent and alarming night-atmosphere. Used complexions are beautiful. This reminds me a scene of the Lord of Rings.

Thanks All... Render Times on an... AMD Athlon 1.5 w/512 ddr Geforce2 64MB (Nivida)@ 3200x2400 took 8 Hours 17 minutes way too long if you ask me,But I will figure out how to get that down to under 2 hours... Here is a wip and I am going to be redoing the landmass,The scene I have pictured in my mind is actually a quite a bit different then what this scene entails...What I have pictured is many levels with these huge Natural Pillars supporting each floor,Crawling with the Darklords armies,Kinda like in the first Lotr where you see the camera go down into the Crevasse...Each level has different workers and such all working to this massive Darkish musical beat(which I will be assembling in Midisoft, and also Playing the Guitar Rifts)...This is the first Draft of the scene and like many scenes it will Probably be rewritten many times but hey that is all of the fun...Please stay tuned...Now as soon as I Learn Amorphium 3 and Truespace 6 better These earlier Models will just have to suffice until I get better...Need more OJ nope forget that more Coffee and Eye Drops...As Always B3D...

I don't get to say this often, but I'm REALLY impressed with use of depth, atmosphere and scale. Think I'll go sulk in jealous envy for a while and cool off :-)
