Transferring models between 3D applications is supposed to be easy nowadays, but still it is sometimes so difficult that people can be paid quite well to do it. Others who have to do it regularly spend hundreds of dollars on conversion software.
I agree that this is a good looking model so good luck getting it to work well in DAZ Studio. What application is it for originally? Are you trying to rig it as well or just to convert it as a static object?

he did it in blender...but the file i got is FBX... Ill do a static prop for the start, riigging is planed for later this month.
