dunno if you've ever seen the first Tomb Raider flick with Angie, but there's a scene where the next morning, after a huge fight in her house, she's sitting on her stairs and a delivery guy walks in, and looks around at the devastation as he approaches her. she sees this and says to him, tongue in cheek to the audience: i woke up this morning and just hated everything!!

your girl reminds me a bit of that ;)

It is said that women tend to change styleof living , hairdo and type of outfit after drastic events in their lives... so taking over a kingdom and killing the previous regent might instigate just that desire. And yes, I think I know that scene (wasn't it the training robot?)
