Description
This is request from a coworker. They weren't too specific they said wanted a nighttime city scene. So, I combined several city and building props to create an image to sort of get a better idea of what she wanted. In the end she said just wanted it bluer hence the final image. Added a blue filter effect in Photoshop as well adding the headlight to cars on the street.

Great job combining all these city elements into one scene! Everything looks great together, and I like both versions, although the blue one has the bonus of the headlights (which make it easier to see the cars). Great lighting, too!

Thank you glad you liked what I did here. I think the headlights really make a difference too. I focus so much on creating characters I don't do enough images like this one.
