Description
this was a caustics test i did... took 26 hrs to render out... what a bitch...... anyway i pulled everything off the way i wanted its just sucks that 3ds cant do this on its own... witout using 3rd party prgms..... anyway rate comment bla bla de da..... let me know what you think....
By the way there is a cool tutorial on the net for caustics wit brazil so if you have brazil here is the site....

actually you can do caustics with max 5. but its done with radiosity.

ok to the comment there... I am almost sure alot of us arent using 3ds 5... this is for 3ds 4.2 and down i guess....... OK...

Wow i am having a feeling of dejavue, like ive seen this before lol Well as i said before COOL!! Only thing you could have doen better is that ring, looks really choppy, if you waited 26 why not wait 1 more for the meshsmooth on that ring to process =)

that looks good. but 26 hrs? on what configuration?
