Description
In October 1973 there was the so called Yom Kippur war between Israel, Egypt and Syria. One of the fiercest battles was the fighting in the Valley of Tears in the Golan which was fought from 6 October to 9 October. Although massively outnumbered, the Israeli forces managed to hold their positions and on the fourth day of the battle the Syrians withdrew, just as the Israeli defenses were almost at the point of collapse.
Here we see one of the Centurions on the Golan, called Scho't Kal Alef in Israel service.
