I get the impression, from her holding her stomach, that she shot herself, plus the stunned look on her face. That can't be your intention, though.

She is just resting her hand there, I figured better there than just flapping around the chair somewhere on the side :D I prefer to see all hands and legs in a picture rather than hide it somewhere :D It is also quite an old render of mine so expressions weren't (and still aren't) my strong suit T-T.
