Damn.... He's got TWO chest shots (looks like a heart shot and a lower lung shot), and he's still up and firmly gripping two hand-cannons - and not looking anything like ready to fall? This guy is no amateur bad dude.. I think I'd either wait for backup, or just go with a head shot.
