Description

I made this model in Max inspired by a photo of the San Galgano Abbey ruins in Italy. I wouldn't say it's exact, but there are some similarities....and thank God for artistic freedom and you for viewing :-) Karin.

Wow, I'm Italian and I know the place. You did take some freedom, yeah, but the result is absolutely wonderful! More than excellent! (Plus, the dove up high reminds me of Rutger Hauer's scene in Blade Runner... and for this little but wonderful touch I'll vote it also! :))

My new favorite of yours, Karin. Wow! The POV is so dramatic. The lighting can't be beat, and of course AWESOME model :-)

Molto buono!(I think thats right) Very good. I don't think this is a Bryce image, I think this is a photograph:)LOL. I have seen hundreds and hundreds of peoples work throughout the past year and I must say this is the most realistic render yet to grace these eyes. Bravo. Easily a 10+.

Exceptional artwork as usual. So impressive and photorealistic. The angle chosen make the composition very expressive. Like the white dove at the top and how the light makes him "glow" - one should always be optimistic even when surrounded with ruins.

It is strange. Every time I see this work, I feel healed. The place reminds us of somewhere we remember in the past... healing power. Thank you very much. I really love it.
