Description
Just a quick bit of animation, a first experiment with Mandelbulb animation. It took a while to render the mesh for each frame, but I set it rendering at bedtime and it was ready when I got up. I think it took about two and a half hours, judging by how long one frame took.
This animation animated the exponent of the Mandelbulb, from one (the sphere) to eight (the final shape).

That's pretty darn cool! Love how the MB turned out! I think I still have that MB app around here someplace...
