in February 2004 I had surgery and was high on medication when I had the strangest dream where I was the young woman in the narrative below. Later that year I did a Poser rendition that is still in my gallery. I decided to give it another shot. Below is the original narration. There was a time when the Christians of the world were led into believing that they were living in the End Times and that Armageddon would soon come. Much prophesying was done, with dreams and visions coming to the young and old. The Christians were also told that the Bride was to be a literal one to go with the Spiritual one, and thus seven young women were chosen for the final selection. One, Brigit, went with the others to a hidden location in the mountains. They were trained according to their own special talents, with Brigit's in the direction of being psychic. Angel wings were given to each one and they could fly. Something went wrong among the Seven and they fell to bickering among themselves, then fighting. The fighting turned deadly until there was one left standing, Brigit. Horrified, she stood among her fallen comrades, listening to faint laughter in the air and realizing she'd been deceived. With a scream of rage she took to the sky and eluded the Evil that had lied to her. Once the Voices no longer tormented her she landed on a hilltop and knelt in prayer, sobbing for help. Sounds deafened her, the ground shook beneath her feet and she lifted her head. A cry escaped her as a sword came from the heavens and slowly lowered to her outstretched hands. "Brigit, you are now called Dark Redemption. You will battle the evil of the world and for you nothing will be the same again."
