Description
"The sky was utterly dark, and the stillness of the heavy air forboded
storm. Suddenly the clouds were seared by a blinding flash. Branched
lightning smote down upon the eastwar hills. For a staring moment the
watchers on the hills saw all the space between them and the dike lit
with white light. It was boiling and crawling with black shapes, some
squat and broad, some tall and grim, with high helms and sable shields."

My goodness, this is very cool. In my opinion, it is professional looking enough to have been taken out of a movie like Lord Of The Rings or something. This is an excellent render. Something I see so frequently is people using poor scale in their images, you have done an wonderful job.

In a word: beautiful. Just like I imagined while reading the book. The only thing that bothers me, though, is the way the lightning looks more like worms than lightning.

Yes the scale is excellent, and again the dramatic lighting/camera angle. Very nice!
