Description

"Here be Dragons - Dragon Alley" Alternate Titles - "Round any corner....find adventure!" "Mommy, Mommy, look! - It's so BIG!" Another attempt to max out my system by cramming all I could into a Poser 4 render. Final render took 2 hours - saved PZ3 was 80 Megs 85 minutes to load). Lighting took 3 evenings to setup & tweak. Scene was built in 5 PZ3 modules, then assembled by importing and aligning each in turn. Final assembly took so many resources any tweak or adjustment took 3-6 minutes for screen to update. Saved often just in case, but Poser4/ProPak/WinXP combo never really flinched. Pure Poser. Credits; Imagination Works excellent City Street scene from (iw43d.com ). Knight, Gypsy King, PT clothes, and imposing Sacred Hallway from PoserWorld. MilDragon, Dragon Hoard, Vic, VicKid, Italia Suit, and House Mouse is from DAZ. Arlena Morph by Coleus. Undeads from 3DModelz Necropolis. Alley clutter from TrekkieGrrl's Trash series, tom3962's ground cover, and others. Phone Booth is (I think) an AFA download by lalverson. Unkle Ferd I've had so long I don't recall if I downloaded him or made him out of a failed Dork Picard character. Seated knight is another beauty from Imagination Works. Odds and ends from here and there. This & that. Cheers!

If there is a rating above Excellent, I'd give it to this picture. Not because of just the hard work and patience, endurance and perserverance, but also because of the plot, the posing, the camera angle, the lighting, the attention to detail and composition. Truly a masterpiece!

Totally cool. Your use of the dragons reminds me a little of BigT, who is one of my favorite artists here, although not as well known as some others. This is extremely creative and just....Eye Candy is all I can say. I'm very impressed.
