Hi, very nice closeup :) The vampire lady looks right through you. Scary... As far as the surgery is concerned, I wish you a good surgery and a speedy recovery :)

Hernias can be very dangerous, and they don't get any better. It's usually in and out surgery. Best for you!

Outstanding scary stagecoach. Great lighting, excellent blood effect and background.

Just remember you are in charge of your body. Doctors are human also, and not always right. You have to decide what you can live with. My God provide you with wisdom on this issue. Hope for the best!

Great job on this halloween-y scene, Steve! Hope and pray for the best result which ever way you decide to go, buddy. My hernia surgery a few years ago wasn't bad at all, but we're all different in the way our bodies react to things like this.

Awesome work as always! Having to undergo surgery is such an personal decision, yet its always best to think of the alternative options first and then decide whats best for you my friend. Have a great Halloween Steve! :-)

I will wait for the next month to take the stage. the hardships that passengers faced on long stage rides had to be terrible.

I was on a former stage route that went through the El Paso area, and it had little resemblance as being passable

well steve, I'm going to try to comment on a bunch of your images after a few absences...it's time. It's always a pleasure to sit in your gallery.

This is a dark image but very effective. I love the woman in the carriage---she's almost invisible, and she sneaks up on us like a ghost. And the carriage is beautiful, and I love that it dominates the image.

Plus a skeleton driving the thing (!), and an ominous amber sky. (You have the sky seeping under the carriage too!) Terrific scary image, and the woman completes the whole thing.
