Description

I dedicate this image to Linwhite since nothing can be to big for her :) Therefor, this image was also a test to see how large forests I can create a simple technique. Now, there's no limit for how big forests can be :) I've written a tutorial about it, which can be found here : http://www.renderosity.com/tut.ez?sectionid=12368 Take a look if you like :) Comments on how I can improve this technique further will be appreciated :) Thanks for viewing. - Thomas :)

5000 trees!!! that's madness!!! my computer would walk to the nearest pool of water and drop itself in it... one thing though... like i always complained about your image tom... WHERE'S THE ANIMALS??? even if it's just a couple of birds or a butterfly... you can't make nature renders without animals!!! it's just not natural...

Well you did it again Thomas, great picture, really like how you can see a blue sky in through the lensflare. Like Phlegm said, where are the animals? You recently said that the 2 butterflies in On Ilsa Island were great, why not just put them in your picture too:)
