I have ended up with similar results failing to keep my camera sturdy. I like your results

Thank you very much! I found this by accident and was quite happy with the results. I was trying to (and failing) to take a steady photo at night and then I realized the slow shutter speed allowed me to 'paint' with the lights and slow shutter speed using the camera almost as a brush. It has very interesting results
