outstanding pose and she is wonderful. there is a building in Oklahoma city that is below the sidewalk level as well in Dallas. A torrential rainstorm might wake the designers up. I never would design a building like the ones I spoke of.

I think you are right. Recently, I have the impression that flood damage is increasing around the world. I think it is very important to design with disaster prevention in mind, whether in architecture or in other fields.
