Floor is composed by 4 modelled plains.
Only a bit of post production in photoshop but no lights or colors modifications.

Ha! I am trying to change my name here to govinda. ;) My question is about the specular around the nose bridge. It looks 'wet.' You're not the only one who's used that trick lately. In fact, it seems I'm the only one who DOESN'T know how to do it.
