This image was all made from older products. I noticed Jeep's shiny sheets the other day and thought I should do something with it. The Character is Jack from the Eli for M4 product by Mec4D. I'm no sure where I bought it, but I think it was from a website she used to have. But the website doesn't exist anymore so the product might also no longer be available. Putting this image together was an exercise in frustration. The room is called the Loft. When you are outside the loft, it is a black rectangle. You are not able to hide any of the walls or the ceiling. At least I couldn't do it. My character was rendering like he was a dark gray mannequin. So I wanted to add a spot light. Getting that spot light into that black box was torture. But I finally did it. But I still had the stupid mannequin. And then I noticed that the figure rendered nicely in firefly but not superfly. So then I thought....of course! I have to convert the textures to superfly friendly. So I did that. But I still had the mannequin. At that point I cashed my chips and said...fine, it's firefly. But I don't like to give up, so I'm still wondering why Jack wouldn't render in superfly.
