Description

A photographer films the aircraft's return to the carrier for an at-sea landing. This render is inspired by two historical photos, one of a landing with signalman and sailors and one of a cinematographer setting up his camera. The carrier is the Early Concept Aircraft Carrier modified for the signalman platform. The sailors are M4 in the USN Universal Sailor uniforms and Lorenzo LoRez in a retextured US-CS uniform from varsel. The cinematographer is David in the 19th Century Suit Pak outfit with Country Courtier knickers from DAZ. He's using the free old school camera from CGtrader. The aircraft is an Airco DH2 from Sketchfab [required attribution: "Airco DH.2" (https://skfb.ly/ATvY) by helijah is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)]. The pilot is from neiwil's 4 WW I Aircraft. The environment is the Poser Ocean and Flink's Sky and the gulls are from Flock Formations. Composed and rendered in Poser 11 Pro. To provide a slightly vintage look I desaturated the image some in Corel Photo Paint.
