Description

A very cooperative heron. Allowed me to take reams of photos while posing in different positions.

Beautiful capture! We see them here sometimes, depending on the water level in the lake.

Thanks. They are a common sight here, which is nice. Usually not so keen on people close by. This one came out of the ditch to walk up near us, then flew to a perch for a better view.
