Good postwork, nice posing on the dragon, your friend did a good job on the background -- only thing I can think of is some highlights fromt both of the main light sources -- much like the side of her body, but elsewhere in the room...

well I can say that all the light source you see on the body is actually all painted in, no lighing effect was used.
