The wood ducks in Australia are no where near as beautiful as this bird. Plain and brown grey. Excellent capture :)

Thanks Steff. There was a mandarin duck hanging around the same park for a few years. Also a relative of the wood duck. But really extraordinary in appearance. Defiantly not native to where I am, must have been a pet release. Have not seen it this year so may have passed away.
