Time to update... it's been a few years...
I don't do as much "art" as I used to. Now I make a lot of content, but don't release it. The act of creation has become more important than the adoration of the masses (yeah, right - grin). Or I can just be lazy when it comes to doing packaging, and a bit tired of no one likeing my promos.
Ah well...
I'm 50, almost 51. I've lived with William for almost 18 years, and I wouldn't change a thing. We've got 2 dogs, Butch and Precious. What names do you expect me to come up with? I admit it, I'm a steriotype. I prefer to think of myself as a Classic though.
 I'm retired (medical), and sell my stuff to make a little money for smokes and toys. I bought myself a Robbie the Robot as an early birthday present for myself. I also have become addicted to the Japanese anime series "Naruto". Don't ask. I don't know why.
The best thing in my online life is the friends I've made with other Daz PA's and the rest of our little community. I'll probably never see them face to face, but they've all been supportave of my work, my opinions, and my warped and perverted sense of humor.
I read... a lot. My favorite author is Terry Pratchett. He's one of those authors who write well, write funny, and if you look, you can learn something about the world and yourself with very little effort.
I have a number of offline friends around the country. A few call me every day, so I spend lots of time on the phone. I blame a bit of my low release rate on them. I mean, really, I can't be totally at fault.
I live in the most beautiful and liberal city in the United States, Portland Oregon. If you come into town, let me know and I'll get you a Starbucks.

It's not gay male crap. It's actually well done while being erotic without showing all and showing some expression. And you didn't get blasted horribly - I checked your gallery - someone just told you your work belonged at renderotica. Kudos to you pdx for not doing a naked woman (as an image I mean)

Thank the stars that some people are posting males. Too damn many tits and ass and Vicky's. I view this site every day, and not just for Jim's images. There are some very excellent 3D images posted here. But too many female Poser nudes. I see on average 12-13 out of 15 images on a single page are Vicky nudes of some kind or other. It gets boring. Lighten up you pompous right wing breeders, there's more to create in 3D than just a different way to show a breast or vagina. There are some really talented individuals expressing their unique creativity, and not just with Poser. Thank you, I will now step down off my soap box....

bbracthe, After your comment on my piece, I decided to check out the nude you'd posted to see how you got blasted and why. Actually, it's a very nice piece of work. Some people can be offended by genitalia on a figure, but it doesn't violate the TOS, and it is how real perople are made, so the problem is theirs. There's always someone who'll be offended. With my art, I know. I posted one of my gay pieces and was blasted because it was a family scene by some right wing Christian types. Not my problem. One other thing, if you don't like gay male art, don't look at my stuff (and a large number of others here). There's always something in the thumbnail on my work that shows it is male/male oriented, so you should be able to tell before you view. If you do view it, please comment on the work's quality, not on the content. If the work is crap, say it's crap. However, just because it's gay oriented, don't call it crap automatically. That doesn't help you or me or anyone else improve our work. Thanks, Jim

I'm really glad I'm not in that image but I really think you did an excellent job. This is pretty gay but not pornographic. I used to feel offended by this type of subject matter, but I really think that art should reflect the artists thougts. This is your art don't let anyone tell you what to do with it.
